Megastar Ajay Devgn , who is currently busy with the promotion of his forthcoming film ‘Baadshaho’, is all set to make his Marathi film debut very soon. The interesting part of the story is that the actor will be teaming up with veteran actor Nana Patekar with whom he has shared screen space in a number of Hindi films like Bhoot , Apaharan and Raajneeti .

According to reports, Ajay has given his nod to appear in a special cameo in the film, which will also mark his debut in Marathi cinema. The actor is also the producer of the film. To be directed by well-known filmmaker Satish Rajwade, the untitled project is touted to be a family drama, featuring Sumeet Raghavan and Iravati Harshe as the main leads.

Talking to a leading tabloid, Rajwade said, “I’ve been discussing the film with Abhinav for over a year now. We’ve always wanted to work together and I’m happy to be collaborating with him. Ajay and Nana are superstars and I’m really excited to be working with such powerhouse talents.”

The film is being produced by Ajay Devgn Film Productions and Abhinav Shukla and Manish Mishra of Watergate Production and co-produced by Nana Patekar under Gajanan Chitra.
