It almost caused a wave of excitement in Bollywood community when it was announced that actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is cast in a comedy film produced by Vishal Bhardwaj ! It was quite clear in the early updates that Vishal Bhardwaj will be producing this rom-com on a smaller scale compared to his last movie. And to make sure the film has star-power, besides casting Nawazuddin Siddiqui , the creative team cast Kriti Sanon for the female lead, considering recent success of Bareilly Ki Barfi . But things didn’t go as planned and the team was again looking for a female lead for the rom-com and now they have finally found the right one!

Apparently, the search for the female lead ends up on Aditi Rao Hydari and as per a report by DNA , “She is in advanced talks with the makers and is most likely to sign the dotted line soon.” Aditi was praised for her performance in the recent revenge action drama, Bhoomi , which bombed at the box office! It would be the first time Aditi Rao Hydari and Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be sharing the screen in a movie and it would be interesting to see how the chemistry between this talented duo would turn out to be!

The yet to be titled film is still in the pre-production phase and other details about the casting of the film would be released soon!
