    Aazaadiyan from Begum Jaan tugs the grief of partition

    Begum Jaan’s Aazaadiyan captures the grief of partition in the voice of Sonu Nigam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

    Makers of Begum Jaan released its second track “Aazaadiyan”, today.

    Aazaadiyan from Begum Jaan tugs the grief of partition

    Aazaadiyan features the aftermath of Indo-Pak partition. The era when a country was torn into two, shattering the peace, values and emotions of the people. What make this song even more evident are the vocals voiced by Sonu Nigam and Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Its hard-hitting lyrics are written by Kausar Munir.

    Begum Jaan is the adaptation of Bengali film Rajkahini. It stars Vidya Balan in the lead with Gauhar Khan, Pallavi Sharda and other prominent star cast.
