Aamir Khan’s Thugs Of Hindostan to release in an IMAX format in India, China and USA?

No doubts that Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Thugs Of Hindostan will be one of the biggest Hindi films of this year. The film is being made on a lavish scale, and reports have it that it might get a simultaneous release in China as well. And now, looking at Aamir’s stardom in China and in the West, the makers of TOH are now planning to release the film in the IMAX format in India, China, and the USA. Recently, all the films that released in IMAX fared well and got maximum occupancies, so fans of Mr Perfectionist might watch his film for the first time in such format.

Noted trade analyst, Ramesh Bala gave the news by tweeting, “#IMAX in its Quarterly financial report in #USA has announced @aamir_khan - #KatrinaKaif 's #ThugsOfHindostan will release in #IMAX format in #India, #China and #USA later this year..”

The film will also mark the debut collaboration between Aamir and Amitabh Bachchan, as the latter will have a major role in the film. Apart from these leads, the film will also feature Fatima Sana Shaikh and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Yash Raj Films, TOH will be released on 07th November 2018.
