Actress Madhoo who marked her debut in Bollywood with ' Phool Aur Kaante ' alongside Ajay Devgn came up as an overnight star with the success of the film in 1991. The actress later managed to deliver second consecutive hit with ' Roja ' released in 1992. She then came on screen through several South as well as Hindi features which succeeded to sustain at the ticket windows. Even so, after a span of time Madhoo just simply disappeared from the industry.

However now she's all geared up to essay a role in a Telugu film 'Anthaku Mundhu Aa Tharuvatha'. The flick is to be directed by the National Award winning director Mohan Krishna Indraganti. The film has been completed and is hitting the screens on this Independence Day. Madhoo is all hush-hush about her role as its the center of the storyline.

She has also grabbed another Tamil film into her kitty. This film requires her to display her dancing talent for which she is taking inspiration from her cousin Hema Malini , who personally is a talented dancer and performer.

We hope Madhoo will soon feature in a Bollywood film and delight her fans through her presence. But, till then we wish her luck for her comeback.
