It seems that there is no end of troubles and controversies for Shah Rukh Khan . Before one trouble ends another emerges. Earlier he was booked for smoking during a cricket match in Sawai Man Singh Stadium and before he could get out of this trouble he had landed into another trouble- Scuffle with Wankhede Stadium Officials in Mumbai.

Now Ravindra Brahme, who is a social worker, has filed a case against him for insulting our National Flag. He sated that when he was surfing the internet he discovered that Shahrukh was waving the flag upside down while he was celebrating the victory of India during the World Cup 2011. He found that he was waving the flag with saffron colour down and green colour on the top.

This case was registered on 14th August this year which has been transferred to zone 9 of Mumbai police for further investigation. As a result of his complaint, Shah Rukh Khan has been booked under Sections of Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act, 1971.

It should be noted that on the complaint of Brahme, police had also arrested model Gehna Vasist in the past, who had used the tricolor as a bikni, for a photo shoot.
