Arunima, the beloved daughter of the biggest builder in the town Devinder Devilal Dua, returns home after finishing her studies. She now wants to live with her father for good. Arunima has lost her mother in a car accident when she was just two years old. Suddenly she gets to know the bitter truth, a dark secret from her father's past life which shatters her life.
With the World Cup ruling the minds of the Indians at this moment, an attempted thriller by director Yogesh Mittal fails to pull the audience to the cinema halls. Though on paper this thriller may have looked acceptable and convincing, the outcome has not been so. Devi Lal Dua (Anupam Kher) is a widowed builder with a young daughter Anurima (Tena Desae) who has brought her up single handedly after his wife's tragic death 18 years ago. Anurima comes back after her studies to live with her beloved father.
However the twist in the tale comes when Arunima comes across her mother's will written when her mother was just 28 years old. She notices her father uncomfortable about the will. Soon...
