TANU WEDS MANU is a Hindi romantic comedy film produced by Shailendra Singh and directed by Anand Rai.
Story : This is the story of Tanu and Manu and their marriage. Tanuja Trivedi alias Tanu (Kangana Ranawat) belongs to a middle class family of Kanpur. She always wants to do what she likes. She wants to follow her own rules. She has completed BA from DU and hates anything what her parents likes. For example her parent likes arranged marriage whereas she hates arranged marriage.
She lives a life of modern girl and rides a heavy bike in crowded market. She enjoys drinking wine without soda and water. She doesn't believe in social rituals and customs.
