Bloody Isshq Review

Bloody Isshq Review

By BollywoodMDB Team - Nov 30, -0001 05:53 AM

Rating: 2/5

One Line Review: Made-up repeated plot directed in a very artificial way with a loose script done in outdated style.

Positive Points: Display of Exotic locations in Thailand; well shot action sequences; heavily impactful Background Score and surprisingly unfolding climax

Negative Points: inferior direction; improper sequencing of screenplay; highly stale dialogues from 80's

Plot: The Story revolves around a love triangle of Radhika (Shilpa Anand), Nirvan (Akash Singh) and Natasha (Tripta Parashar). It's a game of trust and betrayal. Natasha, the sole heiress of a millionaire is overcoming the death of her only guardian. One day she is rescued by a grungy looking stranger Nirvan Shroff, whom, she never knew that she will fall for in future. Nirvan is someone with a high will and can do anything for his actual love, wife Radhika. Radhika is a cheerful and sporty girl who even manages to hide the misery of her life behind her smile. Actually Radhika is suffering a hole in the heart (congenital heart disease) and needs a Heart transplant surgery to survive. She does not get any donator having a Bombay Blood group. Nirvan after knowing about her disease sets a plan to trap Natasha, the one having the Bombay Blood group.

Will Natasha ever know that the man she loves has planned to kill her?

Will Akash kill someone who loves him the most for someone who he loves?

Will Radhika be able to survive the disease?

Direction And Other Technical Aspect: Compared to the movies like 'Talaash','Kai Po Che' its made nowadays which involve the audience as if they are a part of movie, This movie seems to be a made-up thing and fictional. The director completely fails; it's not a Bhatt type thing not even a proper suspense thriller of 80's. The film goes all over the places. Camera movement by Arvind K is praiseworthy. The action sequences like scene of Car accident is breath taking done by Tinu Verma

Script And Dialogues: It's suspense without thrill; the ending of the story could have been better; the dialogues seem over exaggerated to suit the personality of Akash Singh

Performances: Actor Akash Singh owns a God gifted voice but have to readily polish his acting skills to survive in the near future; Mukesh Tiwari is on his absolute best like always; Actress Tripta Parashar delivers an average performance; Shilpa Anand & Karan Mehra underutilized.

Music: Perfect Background Score by Ashok Bhadra; Songs are average

Box Office Prediction: With the competition from films like 'The attacks of 26/11' of Ram Gopal Varma and 'I, Me Aur Main' which has a big star cast, 'Bloody Isshq' have a very less chance of surviving, producers may only hope for redemption of budget in which the film has been made.

Final Verdict: The aesthetic Bangkok city is the only thing to look for otherwise skip it.
