BLOOD MONEY is a Hindi feature film which released on 30th March, 12. This is a solo film of Kunal Khemu and Amrita Puri from Mahesh Bhatt banner. But is it worth watching in theatres? Read the review ahead.

Story : Kunal Kadam (Kunal Khemu) has done MBA. Zaveri (Manish Chaudhary), who is a businessman, and a Diamond merchant, takes him to Cape Town for a job for Kunal.

This job attracts Kunal and this is the reason why he leaves for South Africa along with his wife (Amrita Puri).

But in South Africa, things are differentt from what it appeared from India. Trinity Diamonds deal in some other things than diamonds. Life is very risky and dangerous there. Kunal's wife feels the danger and asks Kunal to get back to India but ...

What is the mystery behind all these? Why Kunal's wife wants him to return back to India? What is BLOOD MONEY? All such queries are solved in the film.

Acting : Kunal Khemu has done his job well. But he has taken risk by doing solo role is such film. He should have chosen a better script rather than choosing a big banner only. Big banners play vital role in promoting its actors but to run a film successfully, you need a good script with good content. Similarly, Amrita Puri is okay in her role but this film is hardly going to benefit even her due to its low content.

Script : Plot of the film is not bad but screenplay is very weak and its doesn't keep you hooked. You get a feeling that your time is being wasted.

Music : One song of the film Jo Tere Sang Kaati Raate is very nice which gives identity to the film but this super hit song alone is not going to benefit it.

Direction : Direction of the film by Vishal Mahadkar is average and doesn't impress you.

Plus Points : Only One Song

Minus Points : Dull Presentation; Unnecessarily dragged

Conclusion : Even though there is no big release this week and no other film is its competitor, this film is not going to survive.

Verdict : Better watch its trailor than watching complete film in the cinema hall.
