A charming hill station leaves its mark on all those who live amidst its beauty… But When the mark is caused by blood, then nothing seems all that charming! For it is here, that a laughing face looms large with in the hand and murder as the intent. Who can know this better than the lovely Mehek (Tanisha) ? While her eyes ought to have stars in them they have tears. From a carefree existence, life becomes a journey where each day brings with it nasty surprises. She finds herself entwined in a situation where one murder follows the other. Everywhere she goes, all she can see is the laughing face unnerving her with its deviously unpredictable action. Even before she can wonder as to why this is happening, the murderous hand chooses her as the next target.
