Pyaar Kiya Nahin Jaata... Plot

Disha lives with her father Mr. Venkat Iyer, a principaled journalist working for Kerala Times. Venkat, who is known for his values, has refused offers, on many an occassions, from his industrialist friend, Mr. Chandrashekhar Pillai. Mr. Pillai has a son, Ravi, who is an Oxford University Graduate, helping his father in business. Life is smooth sailing for them untill Venkat passes away. Disha, not able to bear the tragedy, moves into Mr. Pillai's house and starts living with them. Ravi gets attracted towards her and proposes her, but Disha confides in him and asks him to wait for some time till she can take the decision, although she also likes him. Disha goes off to London for a placement job and meets Vikram, her employer. Disha is very uncomfortable with Vikram. Ravi comes to London after tracing Disha. Disha is overwhelmed to see Ravi. What happens when Ravi meets Vikram. Does Disha decide to get married to Vikram? The answers to these question form the soul of the film.
