Dimple Chaddha played by Parineeti Chopra is an impetuous 19 year old girl who studies in one of the colleges of Delhi. She falls in love with a fitness trainer whose name is Sunny Singh.
Raina Parulekar played by Dipannita Sharma is a 28 year old lady who is self dependent and flourishing. She is involved in business with Deven Shah who is an art dealer.
Saira Rashid played by Aditi Sharma is a 24 year old charming and hard working lady who is a widow. She lives in Lucknow and she makes a new friend whose name is Iqbal Khan who is a introvert.
3 girls who are very different to each other get taken for a lot of money by each of these 3 men.
The main thing is that Ricky Bahl disguises himself as all these 3 persons which are played by Ranveer Singh. He is a debonair and delightful con-man who revels in the game and is only after paisa that is - Money.
Due to some circumstances all these three ladies come together and learn the truth and are shocked that they were cheated by one man named Ricky Bahl. They get angry and revengeful and take oath that they would grab the cheater Ricky Bahl and would snatch back their money and teach him a lesson. After that they make some plans how to teach him a lesson and take their money back.  Enter Ishika Desai played by Anushka Sharma who is a young and motivated girl whose street smart methods would one day, very soon, get her to the top. The angry group of three ladies, one professional con-man and a girl who loves exciting activities! The amusement has been set in Goa. The rules would be made as they go ahead.
