    Kuch Tum Kaho Kuch Hum Kahein Plot

    The film has Fardeen Khan playing Abhay, a happy lad with an easy-going attitude. He is a typical MTV-bred yuppie who is totally alien to his native culture. And when his grandfather (Vikram Gokhale) invites him to his native village, he is delighted. But once he gets to his village an oversized joint family greets him. At first he is confounded and feels like a misfit, but soon he wins over their hearts. He further surprises everyone by adapting well to the village's humdrum life. He also comes across gorgeous Mangla (Richa Pallod) who is a family friend. Soon the two fall in love. That's when an ugly secret unveils itself before the family. Haunted by the demons of the past, the family is close to falling apart. How Abhay helps his family to overcome the crisis is what the rest of the film is all about.
