Jai Santoshi Maa Plot

"Jai Santoshi Maa' is a devotional Movie on the theme of faith in Goddess Santoshi Maa. Mahima (Nushrat Bharucha) is a daughter of a music teacher Gautam (Abhijit Lahiri). Anurag (Rakesh Bapat) is a disciple of Gautam and his facourite student. Mahima and Anurag like each other. Anurag has been brought up by Pratap after his father's death. Pratap's family does not like Anurag as they are after his property. Anurag gets married to Mahima and leaves to make a career in music, leaving behind Mahima. Mahima stays back and has to bear all the tortures of her in-laws. She starts her "solah shukravar vrats' and worships Santoshi Maa. She is protected by Santoshi Maa and Anurag also returns home after fulfilling his ambition.
