Heartless Plot

Aditya Singh (Adhyayan Suman) a rich businessman is living his life in a very gloomy and miserable way. His mother (Deepti Naval), who handles the big business, is always caring about him and is very protective as he is suffering from a rare heart disease. His life changes when he falls in love with Riya, a staff at the hotel in Dubai where he and his mother are staying.

Now Aditya's mother wants him to go ahead with the heart surgery against his will. An argument Riya (Ariana Ayam) changes his decision and his goes ahead with the surgery but not from Dr. Trehan (Om Puri) as suggested by his mother, but from Dr. Sameer Saxena (Shekhar Suman), his friend.

However, after the anesthesia he is still awake and feels the pain. Nevertheless, that is not all that is going to be painful. He discovers a shocking fact about his operation. Not only that, but he also is ready for something even shockingly brutal waiting to be revealed.
