    Misery stricken Akhil Lokhande (Akshay Kumar) becomes rich over the night, after he comes to know that he is the natural heir of a rich diamond merchant Panalal Johri (Dalip Tahil). But then the sudden death of his father makes him to head towards Bangkok, to takeover the entire property.

    On reaching Bangkok Akhil gets shocked when lawyer Habibullah (Johnny Lever) discloses that his father has announced a dog named Entertainment as the successor of his entire property. Meanwhile, Akhil also has girlfriend named Sakshi (Tamannaah Bhatia) whose father (Mithun Chakraborty) has challenged him to be a billionaire to marry his daughter. Therefore, Akhil is bound to plot death for Entertainment in order to acquire the property, or else he might lose his love and his much deserving wealth at the same time.
