But  when his scholarship is discarded, his life menaces to coiled out of control, till he happens to meet a flat talking hustler who assures him to get it back on right path. But in favour of this he asks him a small price which is none other than his soul.

He is a self destructive police office running away from his own past. He is given the task of wiping out the atrocious local and international drug mafia in Goa. As he starts his brutal, persistent campaign and takes on the gloomy drug world... he finds out nothing is what it appeared to be.

He is a local musician and silent viewer to what is going on around him, Joki floats pointlessly through life after bumping into with the drug mafia which charged him everything he held dear. She is an aspiring airhostess who sees her dreams shattering down. Zoe in a way symbolizes Goa itself. She is a child of the hippy cohort; a mixture of local and overseas culture; purity and loveliness have slowly been replaced by pessimism and abuse.
Lorsa Biscuta aka the Biscuit ( Aditya Pancholi)is a cruel local entrepreneur; he has his finger in every Goan pie, lawful or against the law. The point human being between all the variety of Mafias operating in Goa, Lorsa Biscuta discovers himself pushed to the tremendous boundary with Kamath's advent. But he knows who to turn to:

The final drug kingpin! He has many names and various identities but no one actually knows his real identity ….
We dash into the by lanes, seashore shacks and talk wildly of Goa with Lorry as his life spirals out of control, with Joki as he attempts to cash in the past and with Kamath as he goes no holds barred after the unexplained shadow shape behind it all...
