Badlapur Plot

The life of a happy and content man Raghu (Varun Dhawan) is broken into pieces when he learnt about the murder of his wife Misthi (Yami Gautam) and son Robin in a bank robbery case. His beloveds were brutally murdered due to which the sane man Raghu goes completely wild and quests for revenge. One of the robbers is Laik (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who is the actual murderer is caught by the police while other one escapes tactfully. Raghu tries with all his wit and strength to find the other robber as according to Laik, his other partner Harman is the culprit.

Raghu never really comes to term with his life and spends his days only to take revenge of the murderers. Laik is incarcerated for 20 years but is released in 15 years due to medical reasons. Meanwhile Raghu does all he can to find Laik's partner, the course of which also includes sleeping with Laik's prostitute girlfriend Jhumli (Huma Qureshi). The story unfolds in the second half when Raghu finally finds Harman. Will Raghu kill Harman? Will he ever find out the real murderer? This is further answerable in the film.
