Baat Bann Gayi Plot

A successful novelist Kabir (Ali Fazal) falls in love with peppy girl, Rachna (Anisa). They are madly in love and wish to marry but it's Rachna's brother Laxmi Nivas (Gulshan Grover) who comes up as an obstacle. Overcoming all the hurdles, the couple somehow manages to convince the rigid brother. However, destiny doesn't approve this sorted story thus, brings in Raas Bihari (Ali Fazal in double role). Getting into Laxmi's house, Bihari too falls for Rachna and the housemates misguides him as Kabir. On the other, Bihari too face a shock when he sees Debu (Gulshan Grover in double role). Getting a notorious thought, Bihari kidnaps both Kabir and Laxmi and replaces himself and Debu as them. All worried about their family, Kabir and Laxmi now plan to play the game other way around.
