Story : Peter (Paresh Rawal) and David (Om Puri) are friends who buy lottery tickets together. Later on Peter betrays David and he becomes rich and starts possessing bungalow, four wheelers etc. Shreyas (Johnny) is a timid, darpok son of David, who is always beaten up by someone in the village. Even the children do not spare him. On the other hand, Peter's daughter loves him....
