Hollywood actor Milo Anthony Ventimiglia is looking forward to his upcoming show 'The Company You Keep' with loads of anticipation and excitement. In an recent interview, the actor spoke about his character in the show and how difficult it was for him to get work in Hollywood.

The actor revealed that after the release of 'Heroes', he struggled to find work. “I had a really hard time working, I could not get a job. It was one of the one or two times in my career where I thought about, what if I did something else? What if I got out of Hollywood? What if I left, and I moved out of the country? What if I did something like completely different than the path that I had been on? Because I couldn’t get work.”

"You're auditioning, you're meeting people, you’re doing what you can, and you’re still not getting the work. So therefore it’s kind of like, well, if they’re not buying what I’m selling, what am I doing here still selling?”

Noteworthy, Milo has featured in many films such as 'Dirty Deeds', 'Boys Life 2' and 'Kiss of the Damned' among others. He has also starred in TV series like 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel', 'Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life' and Opposite Sex'.

Talking about struggles, the actor goes on to recall that the silver lining appeared in 2010 after he bagged roles in two independent films, which helped him regain some professional respite in industry. "From there, the last almost 14 years, I just haven’t stopped,” the actor said.

Currently, Milo is very hopeful of winning the hearts of viewers through his new show 'The Company You Keep'. It is set to premier from February 19 on American Broadcasting Company at 10 pm (US standard time).

"We’re portraying these characters with a lot of honesty. It's all within the confines of the intimacy that you tend to find in your romantic partner. That's where every person will connect to the show," Milo concluded.
