BTS, a South Korean boy band, gained popularity shortly after making their debut in 2013. The K-Pop group has swept the globe with their addictive songs and innovative dance moves. They also have one of the largest fan groups in the entire world, known as the BTS fan ARMY. Along with fans, the band makes sure concertgoers have a wonderful time by entertaining them. On one occasion, though, the band was powerless to control the performance experience, as was the case with their 2015 Highlight tour.

Jin, RM, Suga, Jimin, J-Hope, Jungkook, and V are the other members of BTS. The ensemble has received five Grammy nominations, but no awards have yet been given to them. They have declared a break since last year and are now concentrating on their individual careers.

Going back to their 2015 performance, TGM Events and Community 54 organised BTS' Highlight tour, which was performed in North America. The band performed in places like Georgia, California, Texas, and Canada. Fans accepted the unique ticketing system because they were so enthusiastic about the performances. To attend the tour, fans had to buy a promotional t-shirt, according to reports. The $50 t-shirt only gave them entry access to the concert and the $70 t-shirt also included event admission to a hi-touch event.

On the tour's California leg, there werea few problems with the concert's crowd size. The non-VIP ticket holders filled the stands because the VIP ticket holders were not assigned a specific time to arrive at the venue. Long lines formed outside the venue as fans who did not pay for the hi-touch were also offered the chance.

In Georgia, the event planners did not confirm that the location could accommodate the number of attendees indicated on the tickets. As a consequence, hi-touch was announced to the approximately 100 fans who were unable to enter the concert. They were informed that BTS had left as they waited to attend the concert for two and a half hours in the rain. Additionally, forms for filling out information for a refund were given to the waiting fans. Later information revealed that BTS and their management company Bighit Entertainment were unaware of the supporters' rain-soaked wait.
