It's been months since Johnny Depp won the defamation trial that Amber Heard filed, and she's experienced a lot of blowback from Depp's large fandom. However, current rumors claim that Amber is leaving Hollywood to reside in Madrid, Spain, with her younger daughter Oonagh.

Amber had a successful playing career in Hollywood, but she is best recognised for her redheaded character in Aquaman. However, with the difficulties surrounding her defamation case with Depp, there was some doubt regarding her future in the DC world, but her role in Aquaman 2 has not been cut. However, it appears she no longer wishes to remain in Hollywood.

"I can reveal that Heard has quit Hollywood and quietly relocated to Spain with her young daughter Oonagh," said a close friend of Amber Heard. She's multilingual in Spanish and content there, raising her daughter away from all the noise."

Amber Heard has no plans to return to Hollywood, but she may do so in the future. "I don't think she is in any hurry to return to work or to Hollywood," the buddy continued, "but she will probably come back when the time is right, for the right project."

Amber reportedly sold her California home in July 2022 for $1.1 million. She's spent a lot of time in Spain since then. She was also seen at a children's park with her 2-year-old daughter Oonagh. The mother of one received Oonagh through surrogacy and kept her out of the spotlight.

Amber's heartfelt revelation came nearly a year after her defamation dispute with her ex-husband, Johnny Depp. For the uninitiated, Depp sued Heard for $50 million in 2019, claiming that her purported allegation against him beating her was a ruse to extract more money from their divorce deal. Amber then countersued him a year later for $100 million.

Since then, things have gone downhill, and in June 2022, the court ordered Heard to pay Johnny Depp $10 million in compensatory damages, as well as $350,000 in punitive damages for defaming the actor.

Amber Heard was dissatisfied with the verdict and requested a retrial because she believed the court's decision was not supported by sufficient evidence. This became a never-ending cycle, and now the actress has left all of her baggage behind to start a new life in Spain. Amber's representative has yet to respond.
