Samantha Ruth Prabhu shares a picture with bestie Nayanthara, writes, " Here's to our great friendship

Pan-Indian actress Samantha shared a sweet picture with her pal in the Industry, Nayanthara on the occasion of twosday. For those who are unaware, yesterday, February 22, 2022, was a once-in-a-lifetime day when the date digits aligned to be 22/2/22. Due to the fact that this date falls on a Tuesday, it has been labeled Twosday on social media.

In the picture, the two leading ladies of South can be seen sharing a friendly hug while posing for a picture. Samantha is seen dressed in a casual white t-shirt and a floral skirt. She kept her makeup subtle and pulled her hair back in a neat ponytail whereas Nayanthara is donning a light green traditional outfit. Letting her hair loose, she teamed up the outfit with dainty earrings and a tiny bindi.

Sharing the picture on her Instagram handle, the Majili (2020) actress captioned, “20:02. On 22.2.2022 Special. To our special friendship #Nayanthara. She’s not on social media but she sends you her love. #happytwosday #kaathuvaakularendukaadhal."

The duo will be seen sharing the screen space in Vignesh Shivan directorial Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal. They will be star opposite Vijay Sethupati. Nayanthara will be seen playing the role of Kanmani whereas Samantha will play the role of Khatija. The film will feature a love triangle theme where both the characters fall for the same guy. The film is set to release on April 28th which also falls on the birthday of Samantha. This will be Samantha's first project since the separation with her ex husband Naga Chaitanya.
