On the first day of FDCI X Lakme Fashion Week 2022, Kriti Sanon rules the runway while wearing a sparkling ivory lehenga by Shantanu & Nikhil

FDCI X Lakme Fashion Week 2022, the powerhouse of fashion and beauty, is returning to the bay with a lot of inventiveness up its sleeve. Following the first physical edition held in Delhi in March 2022, the city of dreams will have an exciting new chapter hosted at Mumbai's renowned new landmark venue - Jio World Convention Centre, between October 12 and 16. With presentations and partnerships with influential designers, brand partners, and the industry's most outstanding talent, the five days of fashion will uphold the spirit of the relationship between FDCI and Lakmé Fashion Week. On October 11, fashion designer Anamika Khanna will give a grand opening presentation to kick off the festival. On October 16, the Lakmé Absolute Grand Finale will bring it to an end.

For the opening day of FDCI X LFW, designer duo Shantanu & Nikhil presented a history of drapery and silhouettes for followers of anything contemporary. Designers Shantanu and Nikhil made Kriti Sanon the event's star by showcasing their Capella bridal collection at the runway presentation. Following Kriti's Instagram upload of a breathtaking video of her seductive walk, we can't help but become agitated. Kriti has a perfect gait, which betrays her incredible grace and confidence. She looked lovely in a Shantanu & Nikhil ensemble that was tailored just for her. Ahead of the wedding season, the creative team unveiled a magnificent array of opulent looks for contemporary brides. Kriti, meanwhile, went down the runway donning a dazzling lehenga dress adorned with tone-on-tone embroidery and glitzy embellishments.

The designers insisted that the spectacular chandeliers from the Baroque Era inspired their most recent collection.

Kriti's costume was a show-stopping example, and it was magnificent. She wore a sensuous blouse with a voluminous lehenga that was richly embellished. The short blouse was decorated with embroidery and other details, and it had an inverted hem and a plunging neckline. The cape-like style of the dupatta accentuated the fashionable appeal of the bridal ensemble. The actress looked lovely with glowing makeup that included luscious lips, subtle smoky eyes, and sculpted brows. She looked stunning, and her beautiful hair was the perfect finishing touch, separated in the middle and left open.

Kriti Sanon’s Upcoming Projects

Kriti Sanon is currently working on a few different projects. Adipurush, where Kriti will co-star with Prabhas, is scheduled to hit theatres on January 12, 2023. In addition, she next appears with Tiger Shroff in Vikas Bahl's action movie Ganapath. She will later appear in the horror comedy Bhediya with actor Varun Dhawan. She has the movie Shehzada, starring Kartik Aaryan. Sanon has a tonne of films lined up.
