Isha Ambani wore a contemporary black saree in keeping with this year's theme of paying homage to iconic fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. She chose Prabal Gurung as the stylist for her outfit. The black saree has a silk chiffon train and is heavily adorned with pearls and crystals.

Isha Ambani completed her outfit with a stunning Lorraine Schwartz diamond neckpiece. She wore a personalized Chanel purse with a mangtikka-adorned woman's face that sort of gave her appearance a more Indian feel. Isha Ambani kept her hair open and wore minimal makeup. She chose a neutral lipstick tone and some eye makeup. He marked her entry for the Met Gala in 2023 while she grinned the entire time.
