Tamannaah Bhatia Biography

The new girl in the town, beautiful and gorgeous Tamannaah Bhatia is all set to rock the B-Town. We all have seen her in a recent advertisement commercial of a mobile phone with renowned cricketer Virat Kohli. Confident Tamannaah who is an established actress in the down south is now determined to rock the silver screen too.

Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 21st December 1989 , Tamannaah's is a daughter of Santosh Bhatia , a financial consultant and Rajani Bhatia, a housewife. She has an elder brother Anand. The stunning actress originates from Sindhi community. Tamannaah completed her schooling from Maneckji Cooper Educational Trust School in Juhu, Mumbai. And currently she is doing her bachelors degree in Arts from National College through distance education. She has been facing the camera since she was 13 years old.

The gorgeous Tamannaah made her acting debut in the year of 2005 through the film 'Chand Sa Roshan Chehra' . This is her only Hindi film. She has also appeared in the first Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant's music album 'Lafzo main Keh no Saku'. Her first film could not be successful at the box office. So later she moved to down south to try her luck. Her decision proved right. Since her first Telugu film 'Sri' she got a critical acclaim for her performances. She didn't look back since then. She had acted in a noteworthy south Indian films and some of them were blockbusters. She received many positive reviews and a huge fan following in the south India.

Meanwhile she did many commercial advertisements . Tamannaah is considered as a successful model too. The dazzling persona is all set to mark her presence in the showbiz.

Currently she is busy in promotions and post production of her upcoming Hindi film 'Himmatwala' starring the famous actor Ajay Devgn as her opposite lead.
