    Shama Sikander Biography

    A new talent rising in Bollywood, Shama Sikander arrived in Mumbai with the dream of becoming a part of Bollywood. Shama is well-known as Pooja Mehta from the famous TV serial 'Ye Meri Life Hai'. She was born in Makrana, Rajasthan on 4 August 1981. The birth name of Shama Sikander is Shama Gesawat.

    Sikander Ali Gesawat is the name of her father and the mother's name is Gulshan Sikander Ali Gesawat. Rizwan and Khalid are the names of Shama's brothers. Her sister's name is Salma. Among her friends, she is fondly called as 'Shams'. Shama resides in Andheri, Mumbai.

    Shama was first seen on big screen in the movie 'Mann', as the girlfriend of Aamir Khan in the ship. She also acted in a film called 'Coincidence Ki Talash'.
