Worldwide Box-office: Mighty fall for Raabta on Monday, hard to survive the second week!

Not so great news for the makers of Raabta! The film already lashed down by most of the critics in the industry and even it seems side-lined by the masses, earning of Raabta on Indian Box Office stumble down more than an expected fall. And it looks even harder for makers to recover its overall budget if this downfall continues. Although the promotion for this film was apt and still going on!

For the first weekend, box office performance of Raabta was low but good and consistent and a week off did pay in good. On Friday, the collection was 5.61 crores followed with the weekends, on Saturday it was 5.11 crores and Sunday it earned 5.21 crores. Consistency was still maintained to 5crores/day, but on Monday it received a mighty fall to 2.53 Crores. As for now, even Raabta’s overseas collection is just $ 366,825 which is just 2.36 crores, even from the major market for Bollywood like US, Canada, UK and even Pakistan!

Raabta is a romantic fantasy drama that tells a story of two lovers and how they realized that they are made for each other, told in two different time settings. The film is directed by Dinesh Vijan and produced by Maddock Films, features a cast including Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon, Varun Sharma and Jim Sarbh in a negative role.
