Vikram (2022), starring Kamal Haasan, has been one of the most successful Tamil films at the box office. In its second week, the action thriller continues to receive a positive response from audiences, with a record number of people flocking to theatres around the country. The film is approaching another milestone after passing the ₹300 crore mark.
Vikram has broken multiple box office records, becoming Kamal Haasan's first film to gross ₹300 crores. By the end of day 13, the film had allegedly grossed over ₹340 crores worldwide and was on its way to breaking the ₹350 crore barrier.

Vijay Sethupathi played the antagonist in Vikram while Kamal Haasan played a RAW agent working for a drug-free society. Fahadh Faasil plays a pivotal role in the action thriller, and his performance has received critical acclaim. Lokesh Kanagaraj has done an excellent job in making the film a superb action entertainer, and it has provided much-needed success for a Tamil film on a national level.
