Actress Vidya Balan ’s latest release Tumhari Sulu is about a happy-go-lucky housewife who stumbles upon a chance to become a late-night RJ. The movie also stars Neha Dhupia , Manav Kaul and RJ Malishka in key roles. This Suresh Triveni’s directorial has remained stable throughout the week and is expected to cross 20 crores in the coming days at the domestic front.

The film made Rs. 2.87 crores on its opening Friday, Rs. 4.61 crores on Saturday and Rs. 5.39 crores on Sunday. It further made Rs. 1.84 crores on Monday, Rs. 1.85 crores on Tuesday as Rs. 1.67 crores on Wednesday. Hence, the total collection stands at Rs. 18.23 crores at the domestic box-office front. The movie has released alongside Aksar 2 starring Zarring Khan and Gautam Rode among others, which has found itself in a controversy.

The slice-of-life comedy drama Tumhari Sulu has been loved by the viewers and the critics alike. Considering the current pace of Tumhari Sulu at the box-office, the film is expected to grow on the second weekend as the film carries a positive word of mouth.
