The slice of life family drama Tumhari Sulu is winning hearts across the country. The film is being loved by the audience and critics alike. The film stars Vidya Balan as a fun-loving housewife who becomes a late night RJ. IT stars eminent actor Manav Kaul as Vidya’s husband and Neha Dhupia as her boss. RJ Malishka debuts in Bollywood via this film. After a stable first week, the movie witnessed growth during the second weekend.

During the first week, the film made Rs. 19.78 crores. It further made Rs. 1.25 cores on second Friday, Rs. 2.35 crores on Saturday and Rs. 2.81 crores on Sunday (Weekend 2). Hence the total collection stands at Rs. 26.19 crores at the domestic box-office front. at the domestic front.

Directed by Suresh Triveni , the film is produced under the banners of T-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment. Tumhari Sulu was made on a tight budget of 17 crores, majority of which has been recovered via pre-sales rights! So, the film is already sailing in projects and it is not affected by competition.
