Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ is doing exceptionally well at the box office. Releasing the film in the Christmas week definitely helped the makers to do a huge business. Yesterday, Bhai’s film entered its week 3 and is still minting respectable amount. By the end of week 2, the Ali Abbas Zafar helmed film did a mammoth business of 291.55 crores and yesterday’s collection just took the film an inch closer to Rs. 300 crores mark. The day 15 collections of TZH are out and the film pocketed Rs. 3.72 crores on its third Friday, taking the grand total to Rs. 295.27 crores. Though the film is facing a drop every passing day, we think Salman’s film will easily make it to the elite club of Rs. 300 crores.

A still from Tiger Zinda Hai Week 1 Rs. 206.04 crores Week 2 Rs. 85.51 crores Week 3, first Friday Rs. 3.72 crores Grand Total so far: Rs. 295.27 crores

So far, only 4 Hindi films have crossed the 300 crores mark and looking at the TZH’s stats, we say that it will easily achieve this feat. TZH is just 4.73 crores away from the amazing feat and in the coming 2 days, it will become Salman’s third film in the prestigious list. Salman and Ali’s previous film, ‘Sultan’ did a lifetime business of Rs. 300.45 crores and if TZH surpasses the amazing mark, which it surely will, then the actor-director duo will become the first of their kind to achieve something like this.
