Farhan Akhtar and Amitabh Bachchan starrer film 'Wazir' has been witnessing a decent run at the box-office. The film raked in Rs. 1.69 crores on its second Friday, Rs. 2.14 crores on Saturday and Rs. 2.45 crores on Sunday. The total (Week 2) box-office collection stands at Rs. 36.34 crores at the domestic markets. The movie made decent business overseas, which is Rs. 17.66 crores (international front).
The film is a thriller and targets a niche audience. Due to lack of ample promotions, the film is performing averagely. The movie received mixed reviews from the critics, but carries a positive word of mouth. Bejoy Nambiar's film has been ideally released without clashing with any other big film. The movie also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Manav Kaul, Neil Nitin Mukesh, and John Abraham among others.
