Udta Punjab Week 2 Box-office Report

Abhishek Chaubey’s directorial venture Udta Punjab has raked in good numbers in first week. It made Rs. 48.50 crores in its first week at the domestic markets. The multi starrer film dropped exceptionally in its second week. It raked in Rs. 80 lakhs on Monday, Rs. 75 lakhs on Tuesday, Rs. 71 lakhs on Wednesday and Rs. 66 lakhs on Thursday, making its total collection stand at Rs. 57.56 crores at the domestic front.
The film has received rave reviews from the critics as well as the audience. Udta Punjab talks about the drug scenario and abuse in the state of Punjab. The film stars Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh in the leads.
