'Talvar' Week 2 Monday Box-office Collections

'Talvar' starring endowed actors Irrfan Khan and Konkona Sen Sharma in the leads has received rave reviews from the critics as well as the audience. The crime thriller is based on the controversial Aarushi murder case in Noida. The film had a world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival and received a rousing response.
Meghna Gulzar's directorial raked in Rs. 1.02 crores on Monday making its total box-office collections in its second week stand at Rs. 23.60 crores at the domestic markets. The film remained steady throughout the week and it's indeed good news for the makers. The thriller is expected to touch the 25 crore mark in the coming weekdays.
