Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s film Fan rakes in good numbers on day 1. The film made Rs. 19.20 crores on its first Friday at the domestic markets and, thus enters the club of films that have raked in highest opening day numbers in 2016.
The movie has garnered positive review and has a good word of mouth. Although SRK’s performance has been praised widely, the film is different from what we see our romantic hero do on screen. Hence, this film might not appeal to the masses in general. But, considering the off beat genre, the numbers that have poured in are great. The thriller should stay rock solid during the coming weekend to have strong collections.
