    'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' Day 1 Box-office Crosses 40 Crore!

    'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' crosses the 40 crore mark on its first day at the domestic box-office.

    Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya 's magnum opus ' Prem Ratan Dhan Payo ' has broken all records on its first day itself. The movie has witnessed an incredible box-office collection that crossed 40 crore! The promotions, the star cast and the exclusive collaboration of the director and Rajshri production with Salman, created all the magic. The movie made Rs. 40.35 crores from its Hindi version, on its first day at the domestic markets.

    The Tamil and Telugu numbers are yet to be compiled. The family drama was released all over the world in over 5600 screens, of which the movie received over 4500 screens in India. The family entertainer received a rousing response from the audience. Sooraj Barjatya 's film also stars Sonam Kapoor as the female lead and other actors including Neil Nitin Mukesh , Swara Bhaskar , Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.
