    Neerja Remains Strong: Week 2 Friday Box-Office Collection

    Sonam Kapoor's Neerja has held its foot strong at the box-office front and heads towards the 50 crore mark!

    Sonam Kapoor ’s Neerja has been earning accolades and is shining bright at the box-office front. The second week Friday brought in another 3.15 crores for the movie, making its total collection stand at Rs. 38.47 crores at the domestic markets.

    Neerja Remains Strong: Week 2 Friday Box-Office Collection

    The movie presents an example that, strong content and a powerful script works well with the audience. The film has an inspiring storyline and an emotional connect, which is backed by exceptional execution and strong performances.

    On popular demand, the makers have increased its shows in theatres. The movie will now be shown in 900 theatres/4000 shows. For the first week it was released in 700 screens/limited shows. The film clearly heads towards the 50 crore mark!

    Ram Madhwani’s directorial is based on a real life incident where a 23 year old air hostess Neerja Bhanot loses her life while saving the lives of the 359 passengers of a high jacked plane.
