    Sonam Kapoor starrer Neerja has crossed the 55 crore milestone and is shining bright at the box-office front. The movie presents an example that, strong content and a powerful script works well with the audience. The film has an inspiring storyline and an emotional connect, which is backed by exceptional execution and strong performances.

    Neerja Crosses The 55 Crore Milestone!

    The film raked in Rs. 2.12 crores on Monday, Rs. 1.90 crores on Tuesday, Rs. 1.85 crores on Wednesday. Hence, the total collection stands at Rs. 55.99 crores.

    Ram Madhwani’s directorial is based on a real life incident where a 23 year old air hostess Neerja Bhanot loses her life while saving the lives of the 359 passengers of a high jacked plane.
