The three new Friday releases ' Khamoshiyan - Silences Have Secrets ', ' Hawaizaada ' and ' Rahasya ' were to compete against each other for their share of Box office Collection. But it was clear from the very first day's collection that ' Khamoshiyan - Silences Have Secrets ' has won the battle and the other two films ' Hawaizaada ' and ' Rahasya ' are left much behind in the race.

Ayushman Khurana 's ' Hawaizaada ' failed to live up to the expectations and started off with a very low opening. The film managed to collect only 57 Lakhs on its first day and the total collection till date is around 2.30 crore. Also the film received poor reviews from the critics. Starring Ayushman Khurana , Mithun Chakraborty and ' Besharam ' Actress Pallavi Sharda , the film seems to find it difficult to even recover its making cost. The other film ' Rahasya ', which was also released on 30 Jan, managed to collect approximately 25 Lakhs. It was a small budget film and was based on Arushi Talwar's murder case.

The winner among the three was Bhatt camp's ' Khamoshiyan - Silences Have Secrets ' starring Gurmeet Choudhary , Sapna Pabbi and Ali Fazal . This erotic thriller collected 4.13 crore in 2 days claim the sources. ' Khamoshiyan - Silences Have Secrets ' is a low budget film of 11 crore including print and marketing and the makers already collected 7.5 crore from Satellite and Music Rights.
