    'Jazbaa' witnesses a drop at Box-office in Second Week

    Sanjay Gupta's 'Jazbaa' witnesses a drop in the box-office collections in its second week.

    ' Jazbaa ' starring endowed actors Aishwarya Rai and Irrfan Khan in the lead, has witnessed a major drop in its box-office collections, in its second week. The film managed to rake in Rs. 36 lacs on Monday, Rs. 31 lacs on Tuesday, Rs. 24 lacs on Wednesday and Rs. 38 lacs on Thursday. Hence, the total week 2 collections stand at Rs. 25.04 crores at the domestic front.

    Sanjay Gupta 's directorial has recovered the film making costs and is currently in the profit zone. The thriller drama has been receiving touch competition from ' Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 ' which is running strong at the theatres. With ' Shaandaar ' also joining the race, ' Jazbaa ' seems to be losing out big time. Presented by Essel Vision Productions Ltd, White Feather Films, the film also stars Shabana Azmi and Chandan Roy Sanyal in pivotal roles.
