This Friday turned out to be a game changer. Box-office went on a toss when last week’s triumphing release Half Girlfriend’ s collection declined all of a sudden.

Box-office collection report of Half Girlfriend is as follows – its 1st-week collection grossed around 49.19 Cr, while it earned 1.76 Cr only on second Friday. Considering its opening day collection of 10.27 Cr, this amount is fairly low. In fact, it is the lowest collection the film has registered from the time of its release. Therefore, till date collection of Half-Girlfriend is Rupees 50.95 Cr on the domestic front.

On other end, things are different with Hindi Medium. It earned more on second Friday than its opening day.

Half Girlfriend ’s business is largely shattered with the release of docudrama Sachin: A Billion Dreams, which is presently being showcased in over 2800 screens.

Directed by Mohit Suri, film Half Girlfriend is a joint venture produced by Chetan Bhagat and Balaji Motion Pictures. It stars Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in lead.
