Punit Malhotra\'s directorial venture \'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein!\' came out on November 22. The rom-com features Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor in lead roles, while the movie also includes an extended cameo by Shraddha Kapoor.
The same day saw release of Sunny Deol starrer \'Singh Saab The Great\', which is an action-drama and a common man\'s combat in the opposition of corruption. The movie started with a positive opening on day one in urban regions like NCR and achieved approximately 30% all India occupancy in the multiplexes. The film witnessed occupancy of around 35% to 40% on Friday in posh multiplexes, reportedly. As per the early estimates, the film must fetch up to 7 crore nett on its opening day. The movie received mixed reviews from the critics, but contains a fresh content that can delight the youth.
However, last week\'s royal release \'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela\' can prove as a tough contender for this rom-com.
