'Barfi!' 1st Sunday Box Office Collections

\'Barfi!\' has done decent business on its opening day, 2nd day and on 1st Sunday. It has earned above 13 Crores (Very close to INR 14 Crores) on its first Sunday. This amount is said to be very good for a film like \'Barfi!\' because it is not a fully commercial film.

Further, it was also released in a limited number of screens (released in 1300+ multiplexes and nearly 300 single screens). So keeping in mind the number of screens, it is being considered that it has done decent business.

It stars Ranbir Kapoor in a mute and dumb role. Priyanka too is mentally retarded in this film. This is a love triangle film directed by Anurag Basu.
