Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda, following the success of ‘Mahanati’, have once again graced the silver screen with a captivating romantic film, which enjoyed an outstanding opening in theaters last Friday. Early estimates reported by Sacnilk.com indicate that the Tamil version alone raked in an impressive ₹16 crore, encompassing all languages. Adding to the film's allure is its enchanting music composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
According to Sacnilk.com, the Telugu version of the film garnered an impressive occupancy rate of approximately 59.13 percent, while the Tamil version maintained an overall occupancy of 40.12 percent. With this stellar ₹16 crore opening, the film is poised for a promising weekend ahead.
‘Kushi’, written and directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, transcends linguistic boundaries as it is also available in Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast featuring Jayaram, Sachin Khedakar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and Saranya.
The heart of the movie lies in the blossoming love story between Vijay's Viplav and Samantha's Aaradhya during their separate vacations in the picturesque Kashmir. However, complications arise when their families intervene, attempting to keep them apart. In a bid to prove their families wrong, the two characters decide to marry, but their journey encounters obstacles as differences surface between them.
