David Dhawan and team have released their film Judwaa 2 at a perfect timing seeking the long holiday weekend. The movie was released on the auspicious occasion of Dushera (Saturday) and hence was able to rightly capture the festive mood of the cine lovers who went to the theatres to watch the movie. It also enjoyed a solo release, hence, despite the mixed reviews from the critics and the audience, it has managed to do well at the box-office so far. So much so that, it managed to cross the 75 crore mark in just 4 days!

The movie made Rs. 16.10 crores on its opening day i.e. Friday, it witnessed growth during the weekend as expected. It made Rs. 20.55 crores on Saturday and Rs. 22.60 crores on Sunday. The film further made Rs. 18 crores on Monday which was a national holiday due to Gandhi Jayanti. Hence, the total four-day box-office collection stands at Rs. 77.25 crores at the domestic markets. With this Varun Dhawan once again has a successful film in his kitty. The young lad has never given a flop in his entire career.

The movie is expected to remain stable during the weekdays. If the stability in the collection is maintained, the movie will soon enter the 100 crore club!
