Bollywood star Preity Zinta has reportedly acquired a lavish apartment in Mumbai's upscale Bandra area for a whopping sum of Rs 17.01 crore, as per records from IndexTap.com. The apartment, spanning 1,474 sq ft, is nestled in the esteemed locality of Pali Hill and boasts the added perk of two exclusive parking spaces.
The transaction, dated October 23, was formalized with a stamp duty payment of Rs 85.07 lakh by Zinta. Interestingly, the said property on Nargis Dutt Road is positioned on the 11th floor of the same building where the actress resided before her marriage. Following her union with financial analyst Gene Goodenough, Zinta relocated to California.
