When Kareena Kapoor turned down Saif Ali Khan's wedding proposal twice, here is the reason

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have been one of the most adored power couples of Bollywood. They are doting parents to two beautiful boys, Taimur and Jeh. Kareena and Saif began dating during the filming of Tashan (2008), and the duo has often expressed their feelings for one another. However, according to an old conversation, Kareena turned down Saif's marriage proposal twice.

Kareena was reported as adding, "We were making Tashan, the movie that we met on. We were shooting in Greece where he said we should get married. He told me there and then, he told me the same when we were shooting in Ladakh for the song. He said we will make a great couple. At that time, I didn't know, because I didn't know him well. It wasn't a no but I just wanted to know him better.” Marrying Saif was the best move she'd ever made, she claimed.

Saif Ali Khan was formerly married to Amrita Singh. Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan are the couple's children. In 2012, Saif married Kareena Kapoor, and they had two sons, Taimur and Jeh.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena Kapoor was last seen in Angrezi Medium (2020) alongside late actor Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan. She will be next seen in Laal Singh Chaddha opposite Aamir Khan. The film is a remake of the 1994 film, Forrest Gump. She will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Takht.
